Evolution of Logistics Industry Carbon Emissions in Heilongjiang Province, China

This paper analysed the spatio-temporal distribution characteristics and impact mechanism of logistics carbon emissions in China’s Heilongjiang Province. Different levels during 2000–2020 were calculated using an energy-based emission factor method, Tapio decoupling model was used to analyse effect between economics. Then, a hotspot analysis spatial autocorrection study spatial-temporal patterns emissions. Finally, influencing factors by logarithmic mean divisia index. Results showed that increased from 1.66 million tons 2000 6.21 2020. The overall state expansion negative decoupling, it turned into strong last five years. hotspots mainly concentrated developed cities south, coldspots undeveloped regions north. Economic development main driving increase emissions, inhibiting growth results can provide references for formulation region-specific reduction measures, which are beneficial low-carbon sustainable industry this region.
